Sold under the hammer – online – 4.19%👏👏👏

A terrific result last Friday on behalf of Crabtrees Real Estate with the auction of Unit 1/107 Highbury Road, Burwood.

A superb investment offering and it had generated really solid buyer interest. Victoria’s Lockdown #6 prevented us from having the auction onsite so it made perfect sense to switch to online.

Such was the interest in the auction we also catered for several phone bidders and the outstanding competition saw it sell under the hammer for $1,845,000 representing a yield of 4.19%.

A big shout-out to a couple of industry auctioneer legends who’s advice I sought beforehand with the online auction environment and it proved invaluable👍
